Delivery, downloads & returns
At The Resource Roost, we offer a mix of digital resources, second-hand physical items, and limited in-session collections.
Each category works a little differently, so we’ve outlined everything clearly below.
Digital downloads (printables)
Our printables are digital products and are delivered via download after purchase.
- No physical item will be shipped.
- Prices are kept accessible and transparent, with no hidden fees.
- Once downloaded, digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Our resources are intended for personal use. If you’d like to share them with others, we encourage sharing the link to where the resource can be purchased rather than redistributing the file itself.
This helps us keep prices reasonable and continue building the community.
If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll gladly help.
Second-hand physical resources
We offer a small, curated selection of second-hand resources that have been carefully inspected, graded, and honestly described on each product page.
- All condition notes are clearly stated on the PDP.
- Any wear will not affect play, learning, or usability.
- Items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Because these are second-hand items, availability is limited and once sold, cannot be replaced.
In-session collection
Some resources are available for collection during therapy sessions only.
- This option is exclusively for families currently attending sessions with Storm.
- Orders must be collected during a scheduled session.
If you selected this option by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help redirect your order where possible. If you’re unsure before purchasing, feel free to reach out and we’ll gladly clarify.
Delivery options (physical items)
For physical products eligible for delivery, we use trusted local courier partners:
- CourierGuy to-door delivery
- PUDO locker or kiosk delivery
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on CourierGuy and PUDO rates. We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier service.
