A warm, engaging picture book that explores big emotions and emotional regulation through the story of a young boy learning to understand and manage his anger. Ravi feels a roar building inside him, like a tiger that takes over when things go wrong. At first, the roar feels powerful and exciting, but soon Ravi learns how his behaviour affects others and discovers the importance of recognising feelings, calming down, and making amends. The story uses simple language and vivid imagery to help children relate to and understand difficult emotions.
